B. Cancellation by the Company

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel a service if the Client violates our Academic Integrity/Plagiarism Policy or fails to provide necessary data. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
  • If the Company must cancel a service due to internal reasons or inability to find a suitable expert, a 100% refund will be issued to the Client.

4. Refund Policy

A. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Multiple payments were made accidentally for the same service.

  • Review Period: The Company will review the request within 7-10 working days.
  • Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in the Client's account, depending on the bank's policies.
  • Deductions: Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion losses incurred during the refund process shall be borne by the Client.

6. Dispute Resolution

The Company is committed to Client satisfaction. Before seeking a refund, we encourage Clients to utilize our Revision Policy (where applicable) to address any quality concerns. In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, the decision of the Company's Management Committee shall be final.
