Due to the nature of academic consultancy, payments are generally non-refundable.
A. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

Third-Party Decisions: Rejection of a manuscript by a journal, denial of a patent, or failure to secure a research grant.

Institutional Outcomes: Outcomes of Ph.D. vivas, student grades, or final institutional accreditation rankings (such as NAAC/NIRF).

Journal & Indexing Status: De-indexing or discontinuation of a journal from indexing databases (e.g., Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed), non-indexing of an accepted paper, retraction or removal of a paper by the publisher, issues related to Digital Object Identifier (DOI) assignment or deactivation, or any other post-publication editorial actions by the journal or third-party platforms.

Change of Mind: If the Client decides to discontinue the research or changes their research topic after work has commenced.

Client Delays: Failure of the Client to provide required feedback, documents, or data within the agreed timelines.

External Delays: Delays caused by publishers, academic journals, reviewers, or government regulatory bodies.
